27 Days

I'm not really sure how many people will read this...or even how long I'll continue to write it. But I know how much it helps to read things that other people have written that I can relate to, so that's why I created this. As you can tell from the title of this blog, I have 27 days left in the small, uneventful, boring, dreadful city of Ab (I'll refrain from putting the whole name for those of you who may want to stalk me).

I have already chosen my things from Bed, Bath, & Beyond and they will be shipped to the store nearest to my college and I will pick them up when I move into my dorm on the 24th. For those of you who need to buy things or will need to buy things for college, I highly recommend BB&B. It was so easy! All I had to do was scan my item and they package it all at that store and send it to the one in Malibu.

Most of my winter clothes and things I won't wear for the next 27 days have already been packed into my suitcase. I refused to drive to CA with my parents because I hate road trips and that would be almost 24 hours in a car...with my parents. So that means I have four very large suitcases to fit ALL of my clothes, purses, shoes, and other misc. items...as time goes on, I'll let you know how that works out. My dad has supposedly ordered a trunk for me to ship ahead of time, but the trunk has yet to arrive. My mom and I are skeptical that he has even ordered it.

We just got a cleaning lady and she has been here since 9am. Luckily, she is a very quiet cleaning lady and I slept without any disturbance. It has recently been brought to my attention, however, that I should probably get out of my room so she can clean it...and trust me, it needs to be cleaned. So that's all for now. I'll try to write again soon.
